Quick Question For My Leslie Peeps

I just recently added 3 pound weights and the green toning band from WS 5 RBM to my routine. I do the Leslie miles first, holding
on to my walker for support. Then I use the weights to do shoulder rolls, chest presses, bicep curls, overhead press, and overhead
fly, and tricep kickbacks. I started wth the band tonight working chest, back, shoulders and triceps. How do I log the toning band
exercises? Strength training? Circuit training? I know I got schooled tonight, but I tried fitness band and resistance band and I
came up empty. I should mention that I sit in my wheelchair to do strength work. What's the best way to do this? Thanks!

christchick, That is awesome that you are adding strength/ weights/ toning band to your routine. I am just started trying to learn about such things. I haven't logged any of my attempts yet so I would like to know also :-)
Have a great evening

Hey Sue,
I looked at all the choices in the database and I think Calisthenics might be the equivalent of using the stretchy band/tubing since it is using your body for resistance without the addition of weights.
HTH's some.
