I thought it might be a good idea if we all periodically posted our PFA numbers here. To keep us accountable and see how much closer to making a passing score we are.

Mine are:

29 Dec 12

3 mile run: 42 minutes 23 seconds
2 Min Sit Ups: 83
Pull ups: 0

Total score 83, I need a 135 minimum to pass.

I really need to start working on upper body strength. Since I've been focusing on the weight loss cardio has been my to to exercise.

  • This is a pretty awesome idea. I think I will do this as soon as I get a chance to time a run. You seem super healthy and in shape, wow! Awesome PFA numbers : ) I'll probably attempt sit ups and pull ups tonight. We'll see how that goes ;)

    My numbers:

    3 mile run: 50 minutes (aweful)
    Situps- 25 :(
    Armhangs- 0 seconds

    I obviously have a ways to go... lol

    But, I'm confident in my abilities to succeed

    I know my scores will be dismal, but this is something to consider after a few of my home fitness rounds. Perhaps later this year.

    Because I know I would lose today, honestly.

    That doesn't mean I have to like it... or accept it.

    How are we doing?

    I've been redoing my C25K working on increasing my endurance at speed. So far I've gotten my run down from 42 minutes to 35 minutes. Almost a pass.... Still can not do a full pull up to save my life but I can do a couple half pull ups now. Sit ups are roughly the same.
