Not eating enough?

Not sure if I'm doing this right, but I followed the suggestions from the site for daily calories and have been adding in the breastfeeding plus extra nutrients for an extra 500 calories/ day. I worked out today, which it estimated at 300 calories, and after breakfast and lunch, I still need to eat over 1200 calories! Is this right? If so, how do I eat that much? Off to grab a snack...

Choose foods high in good fats and protein. Nuts, for example, are higher in calories, but are good for you. My trainer suggested not eating if you don't feel hungry, because that leads to poor nutrition (you'll generally reach for anything to get within calorie range) but to keep an eye on your supply so you can best judge how it is affected depending on how much you eat.
Good luck!0
