Hello! I'm excited to be a part of a group and I think it will be a good encouragement for me! But I don't really understand how the Groups work?... I saw that Challenges will be posted, and I guess we are supposed to weigh in or something? Can someone explain in a little more detail how these work? Thanks everyone and Happy New Year!
