I'm sorry I skipped last weeks weigh-in! Had a LOT going on here at the house and this is the first day I've been able to catch my breath!

:heart: This week's challenge will be the same as the last challenge, since we are going to be have a party!!!

-Make smart choices. Resist the foods you don't need. We are going to be having parties, celebrations, and reunions, and of course, food is the central part of the festivities! If you doubt yourself, there are some tricks to beat the calorie meltdown:
* Eat at home before going to the party!
* Make a low-calories/healthy dish to bring to your festivities so that YOU (and your loved ones!) have an alternative to eat healthy foods.
* Remember to enjoy yourself!

    Ugh, I'm feeling like a failure....I weighed in this morning at 209.2. I don't think I will be making my goal for V-day, but I'm going to try to be better in 2013. Now if I could only lose this cold and be able to breathe again......Yay winter :grumble:

    Oh Holidays, you ruined me! lol! I gained a lot more than that, but thankfully lost it before my weigh-in. Still up a pound, and not any closer to my goal! I missed my NY's goal of 185 by 6lbs...but that's okay! At least I moved a bit...not enough though.

    For Three Kings Day, (we celebrate it in Puerto Rico!) hubby got me an early present: Zumba 2 for my Wii!!! (My previous one was stolen/hidden by my son...probably ruined by now) I am pumped and ready to get back into the game! PLUS: Hubby is going to be doing Jillian's 30DS with me so that I HAVE to do it! He's so wonderful. What would I do without him!

    My NY resolution, non diet related, is to be there for my kids more, and less on the computer!

    My other resolutions are to move around more. I want to start walking daily, taking my kids out, etc. It has been another warm winter, so I should be outside playing with them.

    Went up and down all week. Back at 137 this morning. I will definitely start pushing myself harder now. I just ordered Rockin' Body. Hope that gets me going in the right direction.
