It's great that the New Year is starting tomorrow. We've made it through the holidays (almost) and hopefully have a head start on our resolutions.

Dec 3 Weight: 177
Dec 10 Weight:176

I've got a long way to go but I already feel better and have more energy. I also got a fitbit right before the holidays and if anyone is looking for something to give them more incentive to just move, I'd highly recommend it.

    I've lost this month in spite of Christmas, family gatherings and cold winter. I'm pleased with my efforts and look forward to more weight loss next year. I received Zumba fitness just before the holidays and this will give me more exercise beyond my walking. I want to get a fitbit next. Maybe my birthday!

    Well I was hoping to be down about 6 or 7 lbs by now but once again this week I had NO loss. I expected this a little because of the holidays so I am not too bummed. Tomorrow is the start of kicking it in high gear. I bought a exercise bike today and I am excited to use it later today when I get my husband to put it together for me. Hope everyone has a wonderful night. I am spending it t home with my husband and son just relaxing. :heart:

    The holidays were hard, but I am working to get focused on my motivation and resolve. I have also upped my water intake, and that has really made a difference. Also, walking everyday.

    Hi all I'm starting late but energetic.
    i am in weight watchers but don't do meetings.
    My goal for june is to weigh 216.

    I am returning after tracking and using this site for a few weeks last summer. Reading the posts that you have made really inspires me. December is a tough month, yet I see a lot of pounds shed. Congrats to all of you! I hope to have the same kind of success!
