New Years REVOLUTION 2013

This is a bucket list of items that I will make happen; not goals or ideals that I can never reach.
1) 45-60 minutes exercise 5x/week
2) Exercise off the calories after overeating instead of just eating more since I already "blew it for the day".
3) Lose the top 40 lbs so I can wear a swimming suit this summer. (I won't look great in it, but at least I will be able to have fun with my friends without constantly making sure no one can see me.)
4) Fit into the clothes in my "Large" and then "Medium" storage bins that haven't seen the light of day in 5-ish years. (Yes, I will be rocking 2005-2008 styles. :glasses:)
5) Feel good about donating the clothes in the the "Small" storage bin to Goodwill. Some healthy adult women come in size 4, but not me.
6) Run. I hate it, but I should be fit enough to do at least an effing 5K.
7) After all that cardio, be able to do all the Yoga and Pilates poses I couldn't do because stomach fat got in my way.
8) Be able to keep up with the group - mine is made of naturally fit super-athletes.
9) Obliterate triglycerides and make sure LDLs are DOA.
10) Not be too hung up on diet or exercise that I can't enjoy a reasonable/responsible night out with friends.
What will you make happen this year?
