What exercise do I record my Turbofire workouts under?

I am new to the site and was wondering what I record the Turbofire workouts under when using the exercise diary? High impact aerobics? Kickboxing? A different "exercise" for each workout? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    A couple of TF friends I have use HRMs to track their calories burnt. For the Fire and HIIT workouts, they said they burn on average about 90-100 calories every 10 minutes. This is just under what the "Kickboxing" setting gives me, so I go by that one, and usually round the calories down so it's 100cals/10 mins. The Stretch 10 and 40 I log as "Yoga".
  • There is one in here for "cardio kickboxing including turbo jam" - i find it to be the most accurate - but typically I do wear my HRM to track and just adjust the minutes each day by what I did for the video. :)
