Hey! Most people who completed the 30 day shred told me that they lost inches more than the weight! So I thought I would start a topic for measurements and starting weight!
weight - 154 pounds
Bust - 34
waist - 28
stomach - 34.5
Hips - 40.5 pear shaped body
thighs - 22
What are your? I was thinking we measure every 10 days to see how much we're losing, any opinions?

That's a great idea! Problem is that A.) I have no idea on how to measure and what to measure with (measuring tape?) and B.) I'm at my desk right now trying to measure coffee creamer and it's not working out too well. Not that good with math or science so can someone give me some tips on how you measure. I'll put mine up.0

Workout was tough but doable, but I just don't remember how hard it gets as you progress through the levels or how long it takes to get to the next level. Any ideas? Originally I alternated days when I first did this - L1 for 10 days, then L2 + L1 for 10, then L3 for 7, L1 for 3. You are supposed to do each Level for 10 days each, no rest days but you will still succeed if you take a rest day here and there. I lost over 20" doing this.. as long as you keep at it no matter which one, you will see results!0 -

I realize with this program alone its mostly inches that are lost, so I do plan on mixing some some extra cardio in there to accelerate the weight loss aspect. I'm excited though. I previewed this workout two days ago and I'm still sore but I will just have to work through it.0 -
