Happy New Year

The sun is shining on this beautiful country of ours for a change. I'm looking forward to starting 2013 with a run in the rare sunshine, I don't make ny resolutions normally but I think I can keep up one to continue getting fitter and healthier.
What are yours this year? :happy:

    To keep on my grid, work hard and to try and take up a new form of fitness activity.

    As soon as my ankle is right I am on the case
  • I've resolved to run 100Km in the next 50 days (starting today).. problem is my foot is broked and the Doc told me no running for two weeks! :(
    Other than that, I have to lose my Xmas fat, as well as the fat I put on from craving sweet foods after giving up smoking.

    Stanski is it a possibility to cycle/swim it instead? Hope your foot heals quickly x

    I've signed up for the Llanelli half marathon in March but I really want to get a full one in this year. thinking about completing the Mallorcan marathon as its towards the end of the year.
