Hello everyone,
I am new to MFP and this group. I'm from Erie Pa.
I like the concept of making small changes and building on them. My first commitment is to...
Use the stairs every time i go to my desk at work. It's on the third floor. I'll try that for thirty days and see where to go from there.
Thanks,
Don

Great idea!
I like the "small changes" approach, too; I find moving incrementally and sometimes slowly helps me really build new habits.
This is one of my favorite quotes: "The secret to success is making very small, yet very consistent, changes." ~Sandra Felton

Hi Don,
That's great..My new challenge is to get a run in..even if it's a small one.
