I like the concept of making small changes and building on them. My first commitment is to...

Use the stairs every time i go to my desk at work. It's on the third floor. I'll try that for thirty days and see where to go from there.

    Great idea!

    I like the "small changes" approach, too; I find moving incrementally and sometimes slowly helps me really build new habits.

    (She is speaking in terms of organization, but I find the idea applies to...everything!)
