I walked and glided today for an hour total.0

30 min walk including 2 min jog. Slowly gonna add in more jogging.....
Did 15 squats, 15 fire hydrants, 15 donkey kicks and 15 crunches.....
Slowly adding in weights as well.....

Yesterday pushed myself to do 10 mins on treadmill
Today more rejuvenated did 1hr dance aerobics and 45 mins aqua exercise
Tomorrow, very cold in NYC will do 30 mins mall-walking0 -
I woke up stiff this morning. But I did do the 15 minute walking exercise twice.... once before work and once before dinner. So I did get in 30 minutes of exercise.
this is definately an area I need encouragement on.:embarassed:0 -
Well I did the 15 min mile with the Biggest Loser Power Walk this morning because I was a little tired this morning. Then this afternoon I did 2 miles with the Leslie Sansone Walk Slim (30 mins) I just found unopened. Don't know how long I've had it but it was fun and I used more arm movement than I'm use to, I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow.0

Today I did yoga.0

Today I completed a 5 minute warm-up on the treadmill.
I did a thirty minute workout with a personal trainer which included 4 sets of 20 crunches on the ball, 3 sets of 15 reverse crunches, 3 sets of 20 jumping jacks, 2 sets of 10 girl push-ups, 3 short sprints, 4 carpet pushes.
After my workout with the trainer I did 50 squats, 35 ab bicycles took about 10-15 minutes.
I hope tomorrow I can get in some cardio!0 -
I did my first full work out on my new home gym today, plus some circuit training.0

Just Dance is a TERIFFIC idea! I didn't think of that one and I have 2 younger kids who LOVE that game. Guess I will jump in tonight! Thanks!0

Day 3 complete for me. 30 minutes on treadmill including 1 minute jogs, 3 times. I'm adding in a 1 minute jogs everyday until I'm back up to 5 miles! FEELS AWESOME!!!!

Sorry this is late; to catch up: on 1/1 and 1/2 I walked for 40 minutes, today will be more like 30 minutes0

Monday - 2km swimming + 30 mins water jogging + light toning exercises
Tuesday - Arms work out + 40mins walking + 15mins yoga
Wednesday - 6km run (44mins) + light toning
Thursday - Legs workout + 1hr walk + 15mins yoga
Friday (today) - 2.25km swim, + 40 mins water jogging
Going good so far!
Saturday plan is for my core workout and 20mins of bike or walking
Sunday I'll be doing my fitness at home routine and going for a small walk!0 -

I just started my 'lifestyle change' today but I will accept your challenge. Did 20 min on the treadmill then an hour of strenght training on the weight machines.0

I'm a bit late in getting in on this, but better late then never:
1-2 I was able to get 20 mins of cardio and 10 of free weights in before work and took the pup for a 30 min walk after work
1-3 60 min Zumba class after work0 -
Just did firs step for today! Pilates 40 min done. I still need to do Tae Bo and salsa social dancing awaits me in the evening:)0

I'm so out of shape. I'm slowly building my way up to a half hour of doing Just Dance, but even the 20 minutes I did yesterday left me SO sore.0

I am in. My starting goal this week is simply to drink water / tea and do 30 minutes of cardio. So far, so good.
Starting Weight: 169.8
Goal Weight: 148

I did 20 minutes of step aerobics plus a 5 minute march in place kinda warm up and a 10 minute marching, step in place and stretching cool down!0

I got 5 days in this week starting with last Sunday. Treadmill on Sunday, Elliptical on Monday, New Years 5k on Tuesday, 30 Day Shred on Wednesday, Treadmill on Thursday. Taking today and tomorrow off to recover and begin again on Sunday!0

Tuesday - 45 minutes walking
Wednesday - 45 minutes walking
Thursday - 45 minutes walking
I'm sure this week my weight loss will be more than a pound but I know it will be harder as the year goes on! I will be doing my weigh in on Mondays. I plan to keep the walking going all weekend! Once I get into a routine, I plan to add some weights so if anyone has any suggestions - that would be GREAT!0 -
I accept the challenge..I always walk 30-45 mins. everyday and this is even more reason to keep focused and not miss a day od exercise.0

I accept the challenge of 30 minuets a day 6 days a week.
I can break it down do 15 minuets on the Gold's gym cardio work out in the morning
and another 15 minuets of something in the afternoon0 -
on Tueday- I walked
Wednesday i did kick boxing 30 min and 210 squats
Thursday jump rope 3 mins
Friday i beileve im going to do some dancing!!!0 -

Got my walking in for yesterday and today.... only got 15 minutes each day... my body is all stiff. Either the weather is gonna change or I am feeling my age. ( I am thinking it is the weather... haha)0
