God promised to be there for us, to provide our every need and He is the only friend that can and will do what He promised every time. He will help us with this weight loss journey if we only lean on Him and let Him.

I am new to this and very excited to find your group. I love having the scriptures each day to read. I need a lot of motivation. I have resisted doing this because I love food and love to eat but my health is as stake now so I need to begin now. Thanks for letting my join.
