Central/West London Gym rec's?

I'm looking for a gym for my mother in Central-West London. She enjoys weights and standard cardio, but is not in the best of shape or health. She also has very little disposable income to spend on membership, and won't want to be locked in to a long contract, as she changes countries of residence on a fairly-regular basis. Gym's aren't my thing, so I have no suggestions to offer her when she arrives. Any ideas?

    YMCA gyms are awesome, economical and don't tie you in. I used to go to Central YMCA near Tottenham Court Road - it's massive and has a great pool too.

    Otherwise look into www.payasugym.com.
