Now that the low price has your attention.. Anyone care to join me on Jan 14th for a 1 mile indoor race at the Univ of MN Fieldhouse? For $5 ($2 for students) what do you have to lose?

The description says in part "...Register at the event and sign up for a heat based on the pace you expect to run... All ages and abilities welcome..."

This will be my first one mile race and I am looking forward to it!

    It says the first heat will start at 6pm for the speed demons. Mere mortals will start later (based on our anticipated pace)

    1 mile is a great distance, especially for those new to racing. I heard about this one, the TC 1 Mile last May was my first race of this distance & it was fantastic. Highly recommend it!
