2013 A Better Way of Life

Hello,

For 2013 I would like to loose about 40-50 pounds by 1/2/14. I am also going to make some changes that I think will help me loose weight.

1. No fried foods
2. No more pork
3. No more eating after 7pm ( I think this goal will be the hardest because I get off work at 5, and then go exercise)
4. Drink more water
5. Increase Intensity of exercise
