Get to the gym in the morning.

My goal is to make it to the gym 5 days a week. I'm not a morning person, so just getting out of bed is my biggest challenge. It's starts now with me going to bed on time to wake up on time and to do my thing.

Well I didn't wake up in Time for my day 5 of work out. Was up late and got up just in time to get dressed and get to work on time!
Tommorrow is Saturday and I will go! My routine is to walk 5 minutes -10 minutes @ 4mph on treadmill, then i will do some aerobic exercise like interval sprinting in the gym, then throw the basket ball against the wall, do jumps and mountain top runs....all that stuff gets me breathing hard...then i spend next 10 minutes stretching and core exercise...it's fun. I like working with a basket ball. In the last seven days i've gone to the gym on Sat, Mon,Wed, Thursday...I'm feeling good about this.0
