Olympic Lifting WOD

I looked at our WOD for today and it is completely Olympic lifting.
50 Power Snatch (with good form)
50 Squat Clean and Jerks (with good form)
It goes on to say this WOD will not be for time or weight.
Anyone have and advice on how to go about this WOD or what kind of weights to even attempt? I can Snatch 65lb easily in a WOD (old 1 rep max 90lb) but don't know if I should attempt all 50 with 65lb. Same kind of idea with the squat clean.
Also is a squat clean to a jerk more like a thruster or is it a squat clean to standing pause then jerk overhead?
Thoughts?

Id pick a weight that is 40-50% of your 1RM for that volume of reps, something that you can do 50 of and still keep the form.
since they said squat clean and jerk--id say its a squat clean <pause> jerk. This is again to emphasize form and not to just rely on momentum to get the bar overhead.
sounds like a fun wod! good luck!0 -
I have 21-15-9 reps for time tonight.
Overhead squats with 135 lbs.
KB swings with 53 lbs.
Seems like we've stressed a lot of shoulder work this week for some reason.0
