Weekly Progress

So with it being week one where are we in terms of progress... I don't know yet, I haven't weighed in. I will weigh in on Tuesday!!! Anyone else already weigh in this week and see a loss towards our 2014 goal?

    Fridays are my weigh-ins. Between New Years and my Bday, I will be happy to have maintained ...and I'm so glad I got those out of the way the first week of the year! lol. But, I'm really proud of my activity level this week having burned almost 3,000 calories this week from exercise. :-)

    I weight 276 lbs and am reading to be back in the 100's!!!

    Gained 2.5 lbs this week. Le Sigh...ill figure this all out one day.

    Since last week I am down 6.4, but 6 pounds of that was New Year's Eve weight. Happy to claim the loss instead of a gain, though.

    This week: 270.0!!!

    Lost 6.2 lbs

    Zumba, eating light and drinking water!

    Lost the 2lbs i had gained last week. which is good i lost, bad it was weight i had regained instead of actual weight. but its a loss.

    I am new here, this is exactly what I am trying to do...lose 100lbs in one year...and if I am diligent...I hope to lose more than 100 lbs in one year. I'm actually shooting for 120 lbs...so we'll just see how it goes.

    Here are my weigh in's so far...I didn't start in February.

    SW: 02/04/13---244.0 lbs
    W1: 02/10/13---240.0 lbs
    W2: 02/16/13---238.0 lbs
    W3: 02/22/13---236.6 lbs
    W4: 02/28/13---236.4 lbs
    W5: 03/06/13---234.0 lbs

    Making slow but steady progress :-)
