Hi! I'm new to the group & just getting back onto logging info in. Does anyone have any good recommends for a training program for a backcountry trip? I usually hike a 2 + miles in for turns and have been out only 3x this year. (Don't do the resorts, only BC). I'm going on a trip in 3 weeks with just under 5 miles hike in with elevation.

I'm looking for a specific regimen to get more strength & endurance (ski specific) quickly. Suggestions??
