Taken from the Appliance Cooking Cookbook from the Company's Coming Series. Uses the food processor.
2 c All purpose Flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
2 tbsp cold hard margarine or butter
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 c Cold water
Secure knife blade in food processor. Add four, baking powder, margarine and salt. Cover and Pulse about 6 times to cut up margarine.
With machine running, pour water through feed chute. Process for 50 to 60 seconds until dough forms a ball. Roll out on lightly floured surface. Press in greased 12 inch pizza pan, forming rim around edge. Top with pizza ingredients. Bake on bottom rack in 425 F oven for 12 to 14 minutes. Cuts into 8 wedges.
1 wedge: 149 calories, 3.3 g total fat, 126 mg sodium, 3 g protein, 26 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber.
This is the one we use the most, but there are 2 other recipes in the cookbook for pizza crust, got my copy at Value Village.
