I live in South East London, by abbeywood is there anyone on here that wants to pair up and go running with me 2 evenings a week?

I used to live there, but not anymore. If you can't find anyone on this forum you could try http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/167-team-uk which is a busier forum and you might find someone on there. Also check out the runners world website they may have a listing for a local running group.
