Hey everyone, ok so I know I'm not overweight per se... apparently I'm within my healthy weight range for my height, etc, etc. BUT I feel gross... my clothes don't fit, my belly hangs over my jeans, I have muffin tops, I feel out of breath and unfit when I try to run, I have digestion issues, I suffer insomnia and minor depression that I am medicated for, and I just generally feel 'unclean' on the inside, if that makes sense. Since I started at my local gym, I've lost about 5kg (11lb) and would like to lose another 10kg (22lb) to get back to my inner buff-ness that I know is lurking inside. (ps. I'm an Aussie so my measurements are all metric)

HEIGHT: 168cm
SW: 70.5kg (May 2012)
CW: 65.5kg (4th January 2013)

    Hi!

It sounds like you have what I've read of as "skinny fat". You're light in weight, but your Lean Body Mass (LBM) is very low. Are you incorporating strength training?

I'm "fat fat", ha! ~ But I'm doing a mix of cardio and strength exercises so that I can lose fat and keep my muscle.

Best of luck in the challenge!
