Cheating??

Sooo I decided to run 5k's before both day one and two of the shred. I also walked to and from work today and yesterday (12k each day). I just could not do day 3 today!!! Legs so sore! So I skipped lots and did the push ups and ab exercises. Can I count that as doing day 3 or is it cheating if I didn't do it all?
I promise to get back on track tomorrow

If you think you got a good workout then count it! im not doing it today because of the weather, but I will do it twice tomorrow, and im counting that.0 -
Well I did some so I'm not counting it as a rest day
I feel soo much better today tho. Did the whole thing and kept up the walking, no run but I'll be at the gym in the morning.
Think I do quite well with the whole exercise thing.... just a shame I cant put the damn biscuits down!0 -

I suspect she's an Australian (as she uses metric). Have you ever tried exercising in 41 degree Celsius (105 degree fahrenheit) heat? Not fun!0 -

Haha not quite. I do crank mine up to 90 when working out for that extra sweat. I like the feeling plus I think it accelerates the weight loss aspect.0
