Sometimes when I work out I ask myself if I'm doing it just to lose weight and/or am I willing to keep it up forever and ever amen. Yes, diet and exercise is a lifestyle change. It's just that there are some activities that I enjoy doing over others and I know that a variety of exercises makes a difference and challenges my body. What do you do if you're bored with certain exercises?

    I sometimes get bored too when it comes to exercising. When I'm bored with a certain exercise, I take a break from it and focus on another exercise. Exercises I do is normally the treadmill, zumba and walking and some weights. It's good to change up your exercise routine because your body get use to the same routine and there's not much effect. I also line dance and this is my favorite because it always a different dance to every song.
