Hello my name is bessie and i am a mother of 3 beautiful children. ever since i feel in love with my husband and started having our family.. i have let myself go. i could really use the motivation to lose the weight and regain my life back. i am doing this on my own with out support

Its a good a time as any to start.... it's hard to get started, but if you can just push through, like maybe three weeks, get yourself in a routine, it won't feel like so much work as just routine and another thing on your "to do" list. I go to the gym at my lunch break just due to being lucky enough to have one close by, but if I can't make it then, I have to wait until the kiddos go to sleep, and then it's late.. but you know what, sometimes thats the best time, no one is out, you can just think... try to get on that treadmill and even just walk a little. You'll feel so much better and won't feel so discouraged. Starting is the hardest part! And you didnt' "let yourself go" you just let other people in, but now it's time to have some time to work on yourself a little, and that's not a bad thing! Take the time now and you will feel healthy and give the gift of that to your children! Let's be little old ladies wearing spandex rolling around with grandkids, right?!0
