Let's use this topic to post some healthy recipes. I am always looking for something new and healthy, especially when I am trying to lose weight. I would love to try some new things and new recipes. To start this topic, I will share one of my favorite breakfasts. It is overnight oats and it took me a few trys but I now love it. It is super filling and all for about 300 calories.
Maranatha - Natural Almond Butter - Creamy, 1 Tbsp.
Milk (I use skim or vanilla sweetened almond milk) 0.5 cup
Chobani - Greek Yogurt - (I usually use peach or strawberry) Non-Fat, 0.5 container (6oz)
Quaker - Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 26.7 g (1/2 cup)
Mix all ingredients together at night and let sit in the fridge overnight. The oats absorb the liquids and soften. I can easily grab the container out of the fridge and breakfast is ready. You can also add some nuts or granola in the morning if you need a little crunchy.
