Yay! It seemed significantly easier today. Although, I did annoyingly have to take a break before the last circuit for dinner (note to family: if you tell me dinner will be ready at a certain time, don't yell at me when I'm not ready 10 minutes earlier! ) So I did the warm-up twice.

Congrats to everyone for completing Day 5 and keeping at it! I just finished Day 5, I did the 24 minutes of L1 and threw in another 5 minute combo of cardio (jumping jacks, boxing, mountain climbers) and some of the moves from the first set of strength exercises from L1. Also walked for 20-30 minutes back and forth to the store, gotta count that in as well! :P

I had a problem with push ups too on day 5. Don't know why as every other day doing push ups was easier.

Day 5 complete. Well that includes no 30 day shred yesterday - just a 1 mile walk - and zumba on Wednesday so I've exercised 5 days in a row but I guess I've only done the 30 day shred 3 times. That's crazy. I feel like I've been doing it for months already. Not because it's getting easier but just because I feel like I know the video so well all ready. I've owned this dvd for years but don't think I've ever gotten through 30 days. This time I'm going to make it with the support of this group! Have a good night.

I didn't do day 5 yesterday either. Was so tired after the gym and other stuff. But today I did day 6 of level 1 and i did level 2 also to make up for yesterday. From now on if i miss a day i'll just do it twice the next day and count it as continuous, I want to be finished by the end of Jan!

Day 5 was pretty much a snap (relatively speaking) and I definitely feel my endurance building slightly. Even the lunges are getting a bit easier for me which I'm proud. Today will be day 6 and I'm actually exicted to see if I can do the WHOLE entrie thing without breaks and see how much the bicyle crunches kill me.

Day 5 done. Another super hot day and the house was way hotter than outside, so Jillian and I did our workout in the garden with the dog.

Day 5 done! and with no breaks! i'm so proud of myself. but the biggest thing i'm proud about is that I no longer have to ditch my 3lb weights on the side lunge front arm raise exercise and can actually lift them to eye level like you're supposed to! of course, I feel like I can't and that my arms will fall off or stop working, but I do it anyway! yay!
