Hi all I have been using mfp properly since the 27th dec. I have 23 lbs to lose but have lost 11stone before using this app I'm married to a soldier I live in north yorks with hubby and four children , I have some friends on here but would like people from uk to swap food ideas with Feel free to add me xx
