Hopefully trying Vegan soon!

Watched Vegucated on Netflix and it really opened my eyes to veganism. I want to try it but my mom said I can get really sick doing it because I wont get all the minerals meat and stuff gives me. What vitamins can I buy to substitute?

    You won't get sick. Millions of people all over the world are vegan and are healthier than meat eaters. Just eat fruits, vegetables, and take a multi vitamin. You can get more info by checking books out at your local library. Just ask your librarian for help. Good luck!

    Ps. The only thing meat gives you is protein, fat and vitamin B12. You can get the protein from beans, vegetables and tofu. The fat you don't need as much of anyway, and you get plenty of that from margarine, or butter, etc. The multi vitamin will give you the B12.
