My starting weight is 214
My goal weight is 135. But for the challenge its 180 which I do think is really pushing it. But I will bust my tail off0 -

I was as low as 198 (-26 lbs) and now after Christmas Flu ( no exercise and too much food once I felt better). I weighed in at 213 today and I am well back onto exercise regime and low carbs before I leave for a week of vacation starting Jan 12th. Here are my goals given i have a big big birthday at end of March.
End of January: back down sub 200
End of February: low 190's
End of March - my big birthday - sub 185.
I weighed 175 on my wedding day so low 180's would be fab for me. Here I go. Could really use support and accountability.0 -
