Davena's Noodle Salad (easy!)

You need (for the salad base)

(Pre-soaked)Thai rice noodles (cold or warm)
1 Tablespoon hoi-sin sauce
2 teaspoons of fish sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil.

Mix together in a bowl, then I just add whatever I have in the fridge.

I used: fresh mint leaves, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, spinach, spring onions and a sprinkle of crushed peanuts.

I serve it with pork chops, prawns or chicken breast.
