Hello and Happy New Year!

Hello Everyone,

Happy New Year to you all. I've been using the Walk at Home DVDs for about the past 5 years. This past year my husband and I started a walking and jogging regimen (which fits nicely with Leslie's Boosted Walk workouts).

Since I discovered WAH, my problem isn't sticking with an exercise program. My problem is eating a healthier diet. I've been on MFP since last spring. I use MFP and lose a few pounds then fall off the wagon, get back on and start the process all over again.

This year I am determined not to stop MFP until I reach my goal. I'm hoping that by joining this group I'll find motivation to stay on MFP.
