Please weigh-in on Sundays and Mondays – Whatever works for you!!

There will be challenges – I have been reading a couple books—and will encourage others to follow some healthy tips and workouts.

In 10 weeks we will all post an after picture – I encourage you all to take the challenge seriously. 10 weeks is 2 ½ months – Not only will we all be improving our lifestyle, but 10 weeks from now we will see noticeable changes. The face and waist line are the two places it will show the most. It will be a great feeling!!!!

    The spreadsheet-we put in our weights (or a lot of us did) a week ago under week 1. If we report Jan 6/7 under week 2, then the spreadsheet is going to come up one week short of the end of the challenge. Do we wait to do week two next Sunday/Monday?

    Thank you for doing this challenge!! I am excited to see us all getting results!

    I am a little confused or maybe other people are. On the spreadsheet I see people already put in a weight loss for week two. We just started on the 6th right?

    yes that was my question? first weigh in is jan 6?
    second weighin (week 2) should be jan 13 or 14?
