For those of you a couple weeks in, any advice?

Wow, if you can meet the goals you already have, you can definitely do this! Keep going, keep pushing play, and keep moving. If you have to take a break, my best advice is to not stop the exercise all together but to try to find a way to modify or ease up. Watch Tonya if you get tired, she's usually always moving but she finds little ways to recover, like not going all the way down for the squatting or just jogging a little bit instead of doing the exercise they are on. Make sure you eat really well throughout the day and drink lots of water because you will feel it if you are dehydrated! I would also suggest eating a snack with a good complex carb/protein after you are done. I reccomend one of the snack meals from the book or use the recipes to modify your own. I'm really happy you are here with us and can't wait to see your results!0
