You can confess here
What pregnancy rules have you broken? Had a glass of wine? Eaten soft cheese or sushi?
I personally still drink coffee, I've cut back from 3 or 4 a day to 1 a day. Yesterday I had some Camembert and it was delicious!
I haven't had anything to drink since I learned I was pregnant but I'd consider a glass of wine every now and then.

When I was preggers I had soft cheeses in the last trimester. I used to allow myself one coffee or coke a day but proud that I stopped smoking the day I found out I was pregnant with my first child and havn't smoked since0

Awesome! I quit smoking too, but not when I was pregnant, but it's the best feeling ever. Congrats0 -
I've broken the coffee, soda and wine rules...I had "sushi", but it was really cooked. I purposely drink one glass of wine a week, because they did a study in England that shows babies with mom who lightly drink during pregnancy are calmer and have less conduct problems as a toddler!
