last week I had some bleeding. It lasted a few hours one day and next day I was fine, then the day after, it happened again. I haven't had any blood for a week or so now, but I really want to take it easy because I'm getting worried. I don't want to chance something happening, you know? I'm 7 weeks along, I still haven't gone to the OB because of insurance issues for the time being, I should be going this week or next.
What exercises do you guys do while pregnant?

    Honestly, if I were you, I'd avoid exercising all together until you see your OB about this.

    That's what I've been doing for now, just trying to keep off my feet as much as possible. I bled a lot with my 2nd daughter though and she was fine the whole time. I haven't been crampy or anything yet with this one, so I feel like everything is fine too, but I don't want to cause something to go wrong.

    I agree with Liz, no exercise until you're cleared by OB/midwife.

    Side note: When I was pregnant, I did yoga, water aerobics, walking everyday, and circuit training without any jumping/bouncing around. Worked great for me. OB wanted me at least 30 min a day doing something, so mixing it up was nice.
