what is a realistic goal?

Hi everyone - wondering if i can get some advice from those who have reached their goal weight. Im 5'2 height and am currently fluctuating between 121-123 and desperately want to be 110 llb. That is my goal because i was there about two years ago, and its the best ive ever felt and looked ever. Lost motivation after i reached my goal for a beach trip and got home....returned to bad habbits. Right now I work out and eat right.....Anyway, wondering what you think is an appropriate time frame for me to reach this goal and any advice you might have to reach it as fast as possible, in a healthy way ofcourse. I do cardio 3-4 times per week and watch my carbs very closely. Any tips? thanks so much, appreciate any advice you might have to offer.

    Usually 1 pound per week is both safe and sustainable. I am 5'4", 125 pounds and my goal weight is 120.
