Week 1 I am on 85.7 (189lbs =13.5 stone) - woo hoo - 4.2kg ( 9lbs) gone Boo that is still 22 kg = 48.5 lbs to do for my GW

I am booing ... How could I get myself into this stage
... I am pleased with my progress .... But I know following weeks are going to be harder and slower .... And this weighing is mainly water

Week 2 I am on 84.3 (186lbs =13.4 stone)
so in 1 week i lost 1.4kg=3lbs
- woo hoo - 5.6kg ( 12 lbs) nearly stone gone
Boo that is still 19,3 kg = 43 lbs to do for my GW

Week 3 I am on 83.7 (184.8lbs =13.2 stone)
so in 1 week i lost 0.6 kg=1.5lbs
- woo hoo - 6.2 kg ( 13.10 lbs) still nearly stone gone
Boo that is still 18.7 kg = 41.3 lbs to do for my GW0 -
Week 4 I am on 83.7 (181.5lbs =12st 13lb)
so in 1 week i lost 1.2 kg=2.6 lbs
- woo hoo - 7.4 kg ( 16.3 lbs) still nearly stone gone
Boo that is still 17.5 kg = 38.5 lbs to do for my GW0 -
Of course i paste it wrong ....it was suposed to be 82.5Week 4 I am on 83.7 (181.5lbs =12st 13lb)
so in 1 week i lost 1.2 kg=2.6 lbs
- woo hoo - 7.4 kg ( 16.3 lbs) still nearly stone gone
Boo that is still 17.5 kg = 38.5 lbs to do for my GW0
