Hi I'm Tiani and I am:
5'2
HW 130
CW 125
GW 115
I run about 3 miles, 6 days per/wk
My calorie goal per day is 1200 and actually my BMR is 1255 so I have learned from MFP that I need way less food than I thought! And that this diet change is pretty much for life!
My body shape is apple when I put on weight, it never goes to arms/legs always straight to my middle.
I've had two kids and need to shape up my middle so I don't have to go up a size and feel comfortable in a bikini this summer!
Any twins out there?? (Ladies only please!)
