Weight Gain Composition

Someone posted this link a while back in the "How much have you gained" thread, and I was thinking of it today, I guess because I'm 20 weeks this week, and this site shows your weight gain composition for 10, 20, 30, and 40 weeks.

I wanted to pull it back up again in case anyone else is curious.

    So I've gained 8.8lbs of baby and 6.4lbs of brownies? :laugh:

    well im almost 19 weeks and iv gained 4.5lbs so does that mean iv lost actual body weight seen as baby should weight around 8.8lbs now?

    Could be - of course these are all averages, but I doubt you're some weird outlier who's only got 1 pound of baby, placenta, amniotic fluid, etc.

    I gained 30 and I am 23 weeks :-( I have to maintain my weight now for the remainder of my pregnancy....... I think I can do it
