Hi my name is Ben I live in Erdington in Birmingham.
I've been on this site a while but on recently turned with commitment. My highest weight ever was 15st aged 18. Using this site I got down to 11st 6 but last year went back up to 14st 6. I'm terrible with fad stuff but recently developed a goal of returning to 12st and remaining there. I'm new to vegetarianism so any other veggies it would be cool to talk to you.
I started doing Insanity workout today so I'm hoping to shift a load of weight in the next 63 days.
I'm interested in music food and food, plus food
