For example how concerned are you about going over on sodium/sugar/etc....
I am just starting to track and I know I will improve over time, so I'm not stressing too much. Though it is quite the shocker to see the sugar content on some of those foods I thought were good for me (hello 24 g in 1 cup of tomato soup!)

No I don't. I'm sure I should, but honestly just trying to fit my calorie allotment is enough stress for me right now and trying to figure out how to cook for my family and track.
It's easy enough to scan a smart one meal in but if I made a similar meal by scratch I suck at adding the recipe and figuring out exact calories.
I do find myself constantly looking for exercise that counts for more calories with less time.0
