Hi all - I only joined yesterday so I am at the very start of my weight loss journey - have met loads of lovely people already and anyone can feel free to add me but I was wondering if there are any fellow Welshies out there - I'm originally from Abercynon in the South Wales Valleys but I have been living in Ceredigion, West Wales for the last 14 years :-) xx
