Food intake on Insanity

It seems I eat more protein and less carbs. Is this good? In other words I'm not following exactly what I supposed to. I know what works for me. Just wondering if too much protein is a bad thing.

I would suggest no more than 40 grams (if your are lifting) and 30 grams for cardio. And yes, too much protein can be a bad thing, tho it usually happens over an extended time.0

Do you mean percent not grams? 40 grams of protein or carbs a day? That seams low to me for either one. I aim for 40% carbs, 30 % fat, 30% protein.0 -
