Hey guys, I'm Latay, 20 years old and I'm relatively new to MyFitnessPal, and this group seems pretty good. I'm an Exercise Science major at school, and it's inspired me to get more serious about my health. Feel free to friend me, I'm really open to advice on anything pertaining to exercise, and maybe we can exchange tips! I'm 150 lbs, looking to be 130, so any pointers or things that have worked for you all would be really helpful (:
