Hello,

Looks like a great group of folks.

I have lost 80+ and want to naturually tighten my lower abs (skin)..

I have been eating well (correctly), exercising and doing adominal/cardio workouts.
I do tighten my abs when using Elliptical, or doing other activities.

Hoping to find some new tips/tricks to help get rid of my "old" looking lower abd.... LOL
