    I've been doing well so far. I bought a fitbit on Sunday so it's been fun watching my steps and watching my calorie adjustments. So far so good, down 1 1/2 lbs so far! I do have a bday party over the weekend and eating out Friday night (part of bday celebration) so I need to keep up my exercise. I hate this time of the year - we have birthdays every month now for quite awhile.

    Well, this week I exercised Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but Wednesday I went over in my caloric intake A LOT. Today I will do better though.

    I started this week :)

    I cut out completely diet pepsi
    I cut out completely McDonalds to which i had an addiction to both :(

    I have been doing a squat challenge on facebook. Started with 25 a day and add 5 for each day forward. I am up to 65 today.

    Tonight i will start weight training with my fiance!

    So excited!!

    Oh and i have stayed within a healthy calorie range all week!
