What to say to the negativity?

I lost all my weight on my own, and recently started using Body By Vi Shape Shakes for the vitamins and to help me to start having something for breakfast. Personally I love it, I do not do well with Whey products, and because this is soy it works really well for my body.

I don't sell the product or try to force it on anyone else, but I have people constantly coming to me making comments about my "fake shakes" or giving me their opinion of what they think I should be taking/drinking.

Anyone have any advice? I'm not the type to argue to prove my own point, If I made a decision on my own, and feel something is good enough for me, that's all the reasoning I need.

I too drink these shakes. I use them for nutrition purposes. They are complete nutrition and so many people fail to see that. I was not getting near what my body needs because I do not eat near like I should.

People will always voice their opinion and try to drag you down. You could be drinking something else and there would always be someone trying to get you to see things their way. If you enjoy the shakes and the versatility of the shake mix, keep using it because at the end of the day you are the only one who matters. This stuff isn't #2 in the nation on behing weight watchers in the weight loss industry for no reason. It is also the #1 health challenge across North America. No other health or fitness product can say that.

Just tell them the decision is yours to make and if they don't like it keep the negative comments to themselves..
