How is everyone getting on?

I think this site is really great and very helpful - especially the data that tells you whether you are over on the nutrition side as well as the calories.
I also like the statistics that tell you how much you might weight in five weeks time etc..................gives you either a boot or some encouragement

    I agree the exercise tab isn't that extensive - wot no zumba and no body combat? What is a girl to do?
